Returns 

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. 

 

Processing Times

All orders are carefully processed, quality-checked, and prepared in-house to ensure each bundle meets our luxury standard.

Processing time: 1-3 business days.

During high-volume periods (new drops, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. If a delay occurs, you will receive an update via email.

 

Shipping Timeframes 

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. Carrier scans may be delayed while packages are in transit.


Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery 

To protect luxury purchases, signature confirmation may be required on orders over a certain value (or at our discretion).
